Help with KinHarmony
Your account
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to request a reset. New email accounts must verify their address before signing in.
Subscriptions
For an iPhone purchase, use Restore purchases in KinHarmony to check access. Apple manages renewal and cancellation. You can explicitly link an Apple membership to your KinHarmony account to share verified membership access with your connected partner. Both of you should sign in to your own KinHarmony account on each device. Linking is available when the account service can verify the purchase.
Manage Apple subscriptionDeleting KinHarmony or an account does not cancel renewal.
Your saved words
Private website notes stay in the browser where you wrote them, separated by account. The iPhone app keeps its own saved guidance on that device. Clearing website data or deleting the app can remove those local copies.
Partner sharing happens only when you choose to share. Disconnecting or deleting an account removes the shared workspace for both partners; it does not erase their private notes.
Report a problem
Use Report on a guidance result or error. Review the exact report before sharing and remove names, addresses or anything you do not want to include. Preparing or copying a report does not send it.
For an unwanted partner note, open Report on that received note and review exactly what will be sent to KinHarmony for review. To stop further contact from that account, use Block partner in your connection settings. Report a note before blocking if you want it included as evidence; blocking deletes the shared space.
